How clients agree to appointment texts
LuxeGlamour POS, operated by BSEPT LLC, sends appointment texts on behalf of the salons that use it — only to clients who agreed to receive them.
1. When booking online
Every salon's online booking page asks for the client's name and mobile number. Directly below, separate from any other agreement, is this checkbox. It is unchecked by default and not required to book:
As shown on the booking page (salon name filled in)
Text me appointment confirmations and reminders for [Salon name] at the number above, sent by LuxeGlamour POS. Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 per appointment). Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Optional — you'll still get email confirmations either way.
Only clients who tick the box are texted. See it live on an example booking page: https://luxeglamourpos.com/book/bsept — choose a service, a time, and continue to the “Your Info” step.

2. In person or by phone
A client can also ask salon staff for appointment texts. Staff read this script:
If the client agrees, staff tick Agreed to receive appointment texts on the client's profile, which records the date consent was given.
3. What clients receive
- Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and receipts the client requests.
- No marketing or promotional texts.
- Message frequency varies, typically 1–3 messages per appointment.
- Message and data rates may apply.
4. Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Every salon texts from the same LuxeGlamour POS number, so STOP ends texts from all of them.
- Reply START to resubscribe.
- Reply HELP for help, or email info@luxeglamourpos.com. To change an appointment, contact your salon directly.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
